New Moon Channeling: Nourish your Soil

For this lunar cycle, I ask for a loving, supportive message for my readers. A being appears before me: calm, yet witty, with a very wise, masculine energy. His skin is green and wrinkly, his ears long and pointed. He's small (I am sitting, he is standing in front of me, and we are at the same eye level). He looks like a mix of Master Yoda and a Gremlin (before their midnight snack).

He introduces himself with a warm, almost fatherly smile:

“My name is Gnork.”

This is his message:

“You cannot expect plants to grow tall and healthy and fruitful in a soil that is not nourishing, that is full of chemicals, heavy metals and has been exploited for too long.

If you want healthy, tall, beautiful and fruitful plants, you have to take care of the soil first. You have to pull out the weeds, cleanse the soil from chemicals, nurture it, nourish it, fertilize it. You fertilize it with your presence, your intention. You speak kindly to your soil. Sing for your soil. Dance barefoot on your soil. To create an environment that is peaceful and healthy, you have to cut out everything that is not aligned with the frequency of the plant that you want to grow.

Now think of where you want to grow. Who you want to become. What fruits you want to bear. And then think about the environment, the soil, the climate, the setting that this future version of you needs to grow in to become big, healthy and strong?

“We are not planting seeds in this cycle. We are ploughing the field.”

If this future version of yourself is not clear for you yet (it’s not clear for most of you, I know), that’s perfectly fine. It’s because you don’t know yet what is possible to grow from a healthy, aligned, truly nourishing soil. You don’t have to see or know all the details yet, because we are not planting the seeds in this cycle. We are ploughing the field. But you can already feel the frequency you will hold in this future version of yourself. And this, my dears, is the frequency of your true essence. Of your higher Self.

Now you start cutting out everything that is not aligned with that frequency. Like weeds, you cut out every habit, every pattern of thought, every food, drink, drug, friend, partner, colleague, and all media that doesn’t feed your soil. Cut out the music that does not make the new version of you dance in joy and bliss. Be assertive in what and who you cut out. Determined. Unapologetic.

Then you fertilize the soil. Fertilize your soil through your food, your thoughts, your drinks, the people you surround yourself with, the art, music, books and television you consume. Whatever you feed your body, your mind and your soul with, feeds the soil of the new version of yourself. So feed yourself with high vibration. The vibration that your future self will thrive in.

“Be radical this month. Do not pour poison into your own soil to please someone else.”

This cycle, my dears, is the time for preparation. For alignment. Be radical this month. Radical in healing your own soil. Don’t make compromises here. You do not pour poison into your own soil to please someone else. This is about you, and you are the only one who knows, who feels what your soil needs.”

Reflections on Gnork's message:

Gnork’s words remind us that everything we consume, surround ourselves with, and allow into our field shapes the future version of us.

This New Moon we are invited to

• Cut away the weeds (habits, people, media, food, thoughts) that no longer align.

• Fertilize our soil with nourishing, high-vibrational inputs.

• Hold the frequency of our higher Self, even if we can’t yet see the full picture.

This message feels very aligned with Virgo season and especially with the rare phenomenon of two New Moons in Virgo. The first one guides us to cut away the weeds, to cleanse, and to plough the field. The second one, on 22 September 2025, may be the moment to plant the seeds.

Perhaps this is why the cosmos gives us two New Moons in Virgo this year, so that the work of purification and preparation can be done thoroughly and with dedication, in true Virgo style.
