New Moon Trance Channeling 17 Feb 2026

I am calling a being with a supportive, loving message for the readers of my New Moon News about the upcoming lunar cycle starting on 17 February 2026.

I am in my Grandmothers kitchen, but instead of cigarette smoke I smell freshly baked cookies, and instead of a glass of whisky, the woman in front of me is holding crochet hook and thread in her hands. This is clearly not my grandmother.

She has grey hair, beautifully braided to a bun on the back of her head, her face is round and her cheeks are rosy, she wears round glasses with a thin, golden frame on her nose and she is dressed in one of these old kitchen aprons. She's a big woman. Not tall, but round, with a body that knows how to nurture, and her face spreads pure joy and comfort.

She looks at me with a big smile and says: "perfect timing, my dear, the cookies should be ready now!" She pulls a tray filled with chocolate cookies out of the oven. "Let's sit while they cool down a little." We sit at the table, she moves her crochet work aside and pours two cups of tea for us.

This is her message:

"Do you eat enough, child?

Do you sleep and rest enough, child?

Do you take enough time to play and let your mind wander?

Are you safe in who you are? Or are you being flipped around like a ping pong ball in the external world? In the drama? In the games? In the great divide?

Can you be still?

Are you good company for yourself?

Can you nurture yourself?

Can you be your own grandmother?

A mothers job, despite the unconditional love, is also to educate you, and say no to help you grow. But a grandmother is here to spoil you, to cheer you on, to comfort you.

So my dear child, be your own grandmother this month and love, comfort and hold yourself like a grandchild coming for a Sunday visit. Bake the nice cookies. Cook your favourite food, create something for yourself (she's pointing at her crochet work). When you go to bed at night, tuck yourself in like only a grandma can. Hold space for yourself and speak love, kindness and adoration over you, and listen, listen, listen to yourself. All the wisdom, all the comfort, all the safety, all the nourishment, is inside you already."

I thank her and she gives me a big, warm hug, before I come back to the here and now, where my room still smells like cookies.
